iRetina follows the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. Users set a work interval and break duration. iRetina tracks active screen time in the menu bar, sends a 1-minute heads-up alert before each break, then displays a fullscreen overlay with guided eye exercises.
